Case study, Crescent by Grandstone Homes, Ladner, BC
90 days to build demand from nothing
No homes to show, no buyers, and ninety days before pricing was set. We built the brand and the launch plan together, the look, the website, the Realtor event, the ads and the follow-up, so buyers were waiting before the listings went live.

Before
What was broken
A new community in Ladner with no homes to walk through, no renderings anyone remembered, and ninety days before pricing was set. Buyers had nothing to picture and no reason to wait for this project over the one already selling down the road.
After
What changed
A brand, website, Realtor event and follow-up system that made the project feel real before a single home was ready. 125+ buyers joined the waitlist before listings went live, the launch emails were opened and clicked at 41%, and 57,000 people saw the ads for under $300.
The process
How it actually happened
Weeks 1–2, Strategy before visuals
We started with who was actually buying in Ladner and what they were scared of: missing out, overpaying, buying off-plan from a name they didn't know. Every decision after this point answered one of those fears.
Weeks 3–5, Brand and website together
Name, look, story and website were built as one system, not handed off between vendors. That meant the site said exactly what the ads promised, so buyers who clicked found what they expected and stayed.
Weeks 6–9, The Realtor event
Local Realtors sell what they understand. We ran a launch event that gave them the story, the pricing logic and the materials to repeat it, so dozens of trusted voices were selling Crescent, not just us.
Weeks 10–12, Follow-up that ran itself
Every registrant went into an automated email sequence with real information, not drip fluff. Which meant the waitlist kept growing while the team focused on pricing and approvals instead of typing emails.
