Thinking you can use before you spend a dollar
Plain-English writing on what's changing in marketing, AI search, websites, follow-up and brand systems, so you can walk into any vendor conversation knowing what good looks like.
These are written for owners and marketing leads in British Columbia who have to make spending decisions without a research team. Every article comes out of real project work: what buyers actually did, what we changed, and what it cost. Where something is uncertain, we say it is uncertain rather than dressing a guess up as a trend.
How to use these
Before you brief anyone
Read the piece closest to your problem and borrow the questions in it. Better questions get you better proposals and a much clearer sense of what a fair price looks like.
Before you spend again
If a channel stopped working, check whether the behaviour changed rather than the budget. Several of these articles explain shifts we have watched happen across client accounts.
When you want the short answer
Search or filter by topic below. Each article opens with the point, then the detail, so you can stop reading as soon as you have what you came for.
Nothing here is gated, and there is no newsletter wall. If an article raises a question about your own situation, the pricing page shows what the related work costs to start, and the free 15-minute Fit Check exists for the questions an article cannot answer.
