By using this site you agree to these terms. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to any part of it, including the client portal.

General information only

Everything published here is general information about our services. It is not business, legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your specific situation.

Estimates and starting prices

Prices shown are starting points in Canadian dollars before tax. They are not quotes and they are not offers to contract. The pricing builder and the ROI calculator produce estimates from the assumptions you enter, and results will differ in practice.

A binding price only exists in a written scope signed by both sides.

No guarantee of business results

We do not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, engagement or any other commercial outcome. Results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your team and factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

The site, its copy, imagery, design system and code are owned by Methods & Moments or used with permission. Case study material remains the property of the respective clients and is shown with their permission.

Ownership of work created for a client transfers as set out in that client's written agreement, normally on final payment.

Product licences

Any template, guide or agent kit we sell is licensed, not sold. Licence terms, supported platforms, version, support limitations and refund policy are published with each product before purchase is possible. Products still in development cannot be purchased.

Third-party services

The site links to and depends on third-party services for hosting, scheduling, project management, email and payment. Their terms apply to their part, and we are not responsible for their availability or their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Methods & Moments is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and total liability relating to the website is limited to any amount you have paid us for website access, which is normally nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
