The parts of our work that don't need us in the room.
Some of what we do for clients only works with a team attached. Strategy that depends on the room, campaigns that need someone watching them daily, builds that take six weeks.
Some of it doesn't. The reporting method, the diagnostic questions, the follow-up sequence: those are systems. Once they're written down properly, they work without us.
This is that half, made self-serve. Same method we run for clients, same standards, no retainer.
Everything here is a one-time licence. You own it, you run it on your own projects, and if you later want us to run it with you, what you paid comes off the price.

The reporting system we run for development clients, written out so you can run it on your own projects.
Most marketing reports are wrong in small ways that compound. Two Meta screenshots that don't agree because one includes the corporate Page. Link clicks reported as landing-page visits. Platform leads presented as CRM-verified. A 400% lift that's three leads instead of one. None of it is dishonest. All of it ends up in front of a developer who then makes a decision with it.
This is the method we use to stop that happening, written as seven instructions your AI tool follows. You bring the exports. It builds the report, flags what doesn't reconcile, and tells you what it couldn't verify instead of filling the gap.
What's inside
- Three complete reporting systems covering social, website and email performance
- Paid media report builder with per-channel figures recalculated from raw counts rather than carried over from platform dashboards
- Competitor benchmark covering organic visibility plus each competitor's live Google and Meta ad activity, scoped to stay proportionate
- Two tracking fixes for the failures that make the reports wrong in the first place: lead source lost between the website and the CRM, and email clicks landing in GA4 as Direct
- A sequence guide for which report to run first, how each feeds the next, and when a number is bad enough that you stop reporting and go fix tracking instead
- Installation instructions, worked examples and the QA rules we run before anything ships
What makes it different from a prompt pack
- An evidence protocol. Confirmed results, estimates, assumptions and unknowns stay separated, every time. Nothing gets rounded into a conclusion it can't support.
- A reconciliation procedure. Twelve documented reasons two views of the same Meta data disagree, and the order to check them in. It will not quietly pick the more favourable number.
- A correction list. Twenty specific ways marketing data misleads, each with a rule for what to do about it. If you've built reports for a development, you'll recognise several.
- A clean client deliverable by default. One letter-size page for the client, working notes to you separately. Corrections, source status, tool limitations and anything else internal stay out of the file the client opens.
- Positive framing that doesn't change a number. Gaps are presented as next steps with owners and timing. Nothing is hidden and nothing is inflated.
Best for
Marketers, consultants and development teams reporting on a project who can't tell which numbers to trust, and who are rebuilding the same report by hand every month.
Works with
It reads your platforms directly when you give it browser access, and works from plain exports when you don't. Either way there is nothing to install and no API keys to wire up.
- Analytics: GA4
- Social: Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
- Paid search: Google Ads
- Search visibility: Semrush, for the competitor benchmark
- CRM: built against Lasso, and works from any CRM export carrying lead source, stage and date
- Email: any ESP that exports campaign results
The two tracking fixes are the exception: those assume WordPress. The reporting itself is platform-neutral.
Credit toward the Diagnostic
If you buy the kit and later want us in it with you, the $990 comes off the Business and Marketing Diagnostic within 90 days. The kit tells you what's broken. The Diagnostic is us telling you what to do about it.
A person replies within two business days.
Also in development: a brand decision workbook, a website brief template, a follow-up sequence pack, an AI search guide and a launch day playbook. No dates yet. We'd rather ship one properly than announce six.
